Rent Manpower from your Allies
Did you ever think that it is kind of strange that your allies can’t help you with some soldiers, if they are not in a war?
With this mod, it is possible.
You can rent a specific amounf of manpower* from one ally by using the specific diplomatic action (in the alliance actions category). The AI’s willingness to accept is show for that action, if they are met, as well as the specific conditions, if they aren’t met.
* If your maximum manpower is below 40,000, you can request 5,000 manpower.
* If your maximum manpower is above 40,000, you can request 10,000 manpower.
If it accepts:
– it will lose 5000/10000 manpower
– you will gain 5000/10000 manpower
– your opinion about it +50 & its opinion about you +50
If it denies:
– your opinion about it -25
– you can’t ask it again for ~5 years
Only after you’ve paid back the manpower, you will be able to rent manpower again.
