Description:

My Ballance FIX plus CFE Patch (created by cfehunter, thx to you man!)

Following things are included:

My Balance Fix:

Faction changes:

Nod only:
– Added Guard Tower, APC and Helipads with Attack Helicopter to Nod – that Nod isn’t underpowered anymore in certain situations.

GDI only:
– GDI can build SAMs now (maybe removed, according to user feedback)
– turrets for GDI (maybe removed, according to user feedback)

Both sides:
– are able to build the transport helicopter from scenario 10 and onwards
– decreased health for the A10 Attack Plane, because Sams are most time not possible to protect the base against the A10s-Strikes (THX to MysterHay for the tip)
– can build sandbags right from the start
– can build Guard Towers right from the start
– Tiberian growth by default doubled (can be changed in the config.ini)
– power and adv. power plants now output more energy (power plant 100 –> 125; adv. 200 – 250)
– Both, Silos and Refinaries store tripple the amout (silos 1500 –>4500, refinaries 1000 –> 3000)
– added sight and range for Gunners (1 to sight and 0,25 to range)

NEW:
– added commando to GDI and NOD (from scenario 13 and onwards)
– added chem worrier (from scenario 13 and onwards) and missle luncher to NOD (from scenario 10 and onwards)
– Removed debuffed on hard difficulty because the official game patch by EA already debuffed it (if still to hard, wirte in the comments and I’ll reenable it)
– decreased SAM priece to 500 credits
– updated to the latest cfe patch (v0.76-B from 23.06.2020) source code

CFE Patch (by cfehunter):

– 2-Tile gap between buildings
– User-adjustable Tiberium growth rate (x1, x2, x3, etc…)
– Production building rally points (tell barracks or factory where to send units)
– User-configurable settings in a CONFIG.INI file in the mod folder
– Harvesters now self-heal up to 50% health
– Repair Pad unit queuing (send multiple units to repair and they sort it out themselves)
– TD/RA2-style wall building (place multiple segments at once)
– attack movement
– better pathfinding
– TD/RA2 wall building + full cost refunding
– safe sabotage after commandos c4 strike (no survivors of buildings)

ATTENTION!!!! ONLY ONE DLL-MOD CAN BE ACTIVE, if you use this mod with another DLL-MOD, it will not work! CAUSE my mod is already a DLL-MOD!
