This is a patch for Player Town Settlers created by Nanogiraffe.
You do need to be subscribed to his mod for this one to work. Place the original mod above the patch mod in the load order. Below is the link to the original mod.

What this patch does
*Adds more settler camps in various parts of Kenshi: Bast, Border Zone, Heng, Leviathan Coast, Okran’s Pride, Okran’s Valley, Stenn Desert, Stormgap Coast, and The Great Desert
*Adds more dialogue: The player can now find the leader in the settler camps and talk to him and invite him to your town.
*The settlers after you initiate a contract with them will travel to your town, wander around, and shop at certain times of day if you have a shop counter placed for them. They might also loot downed foes and use their equipment.
*Adds a main settler camp in the Stenn Desert.
*This patch should be compatible with Genesis Mod. I have ran both mods so far with no conflicts.

Tips
*The settlers will not use chairs, beds and such around your player town. With this current version of Kenshi, the AI doesn’t have the option and crashes if you try it. Maybe Kenshi 2 will be different…
*Most of the settlers are quite weak. So if you decide to go to one of their camps and talk them into traveling to your town, I suggest escorting them to your town.
*If you want to change their equipment after you initiate a contract with them, you can pick them up, "loot" them, and put on the equipment you want them to wear and put them back down.
*The settlers might buy from your shop counter: rice bowl, cactus rum, animal claw, hashish, cheap weapon, basic first aid kit, bread, splint kit, and Bolts [Toothpicks]
