AI Commanders – Let the AI lead your men to battle! 1.6 (with new gameplay video)
Tired of fire at will not working in ambush battles?
Tired of micro managing everything?
Then this is the mod for you! (compatible with all other mods)
Default commands (recommend changing them, see pictures above):
Shift + F9 – All Units are now under AI’s control, except the General
Shift + F10 – Let AI control units you have not selected
Shift + 11 – Let AI Control your selected Unit
Shift + 12 = Disable AI Control
Orders can be set in the deployment phrase.
NOTE:
To take control of your men quickly press Camera Bookmark 4 (Default Shift + 12) and then press the HALT button (shortcut is backspace key or NUM 5)

This is a updated version of a old mod originally created by Hambango
I have updated the script so it now works in custom battles, siege battles don’t crash, better AI behaviour etc
Also a big thanks to Paperpancake (created the excellent AI General mod for Warhammer) who has been very helpful.
PRO TIP: If you are new to Total War, Press the K key to hide the UI
