New Diplomatic System:
– No more trash AI alliances
– No more permanent alliances(treaties depends on current situation, on every small modifiers to relations)
– Alliance making system is based on rival system
– You need to have +125 positive relations to make alliance, enemy of enemy modifier giving +100 to relations, allied to rival -75
– AI countries are much more flexible in making treaties with both – player and AI
New Province Development System:
– Manual development is forbidden
– Development is automated and depends on country’s stability, ruler personalities, economic ideas or golden age
New Stability System:(based on modified by me version of [1.30.2] Phlopsi’s Stability Overhaul 6.0.1 mod)
– No more stupid manually raised stability
– Stability is growing independently, according to country’s stability modifiers
– Offensive wars costs stability hit for 15 years
– Defensive wars gives us 1 stability for 15 years
Now, possibility to pick specific idea group depends on ruler personalities
2 times stronger effects of ruler personalities
Every AI nations have militarist personality(extreme aggressiveness)
3 times stronger revanchism
2.5 times more costly claiming
Every nation can pick Expansion and Exploration ideas(if you leader dont have any negative personality and have at least 7 ports or have border with uncolonized province)
Increased AI building budget
Increased manufactory building priority
