lizardmen crafting + unit upgrades
this mod adds crafting and unit upgrades to lizardmen to give them an active campaign mechanic with alot of unique crafted items.
what this mods adds :-
unique resource Purified Gold which can be collected through skink priest temple building chain, tech and skink priests skill.
28 unique items spilt across 5 different city vaults with all theme towards that city.
Added Obsinite which is a lizardmen only resource which is from lore and is used as a trade resource which can only be found in a few locations.
units that can be upgraded can choose from 1 of 6 different upgrades in the form of Talismans that are themed towards the old ones. this gives player more freedom over how they can upgrade their army towards
unit upgrades i wanted to be keep more loreful and themed toward them only been available to skinks, saurus and kroxigors so this means larger dino units won’t get unit upgrade.
due to Nakai not getting trade resources the crafted items won’t additional resources to craft them.
if your wondering why campaign map looks different in the screenshot it due to my own custom campaign lighting mod.
please note that i will not sub mods for the unit upgrades for other unit mods.
unit upgrades don’t have flavour text becuz it not really that important to spend time on it and they don’t have a script for the AI to use them.
should be compatible with everything apart from other mods that add crafting to lizardmen as it just makes a mess of the whole thing and usually them mods are poorly done with no effort put in them and also other mods adding unit upgrades.
