Adds an underground reversing facility and a depot.

Runs stable under build 28962 or higher (trial version for major June update)

-availability: 1950
-cost: automatic calculation
-settings window supports all languages in the game

-stepless height adjustment from -13m to -35m possible
-length adjustable from 80m to 320m in 40m steps
-option depot on- or deselectable
