[WOTC] Chosen Avenger Defense Revamped
The Chosen Avenger Defense is an exploitable mission, not to mention a campaign boost because of the XP, loot and corpses received. The intent of this mod is to make the mission something not to look forward to, but to fear!
Removes targeting against the tanks and power generator for the cannon. Instead you have to plant an explosive to destroy each of them. This forces the mission to become offensive, where advent is defending it’s guns, instead of the other way around.
To plant the explosive on the tanks, move to the back of the tank where the arrow is pointing, there is a small device on the back. Stand next to that and proceed to plant as normal.
To plant the explosive on the power generator, move to highlighted tile with the arrow. Proceed to plant as normal.
Planting the explosive is a free action and will break concealment.
!WARNING! – the explosive device will detonate automatically at the end of the turn that it’s planted. Be sure to move your troops out of the blast zone..
