Dynasty Cycle:
Modifiers are now mostly positive, limitations to Emperor of China are now linked with government form and realm laws.
Independent Han culture ruler and outside invaders are now separated into "Competitors" and "Outsiders".
"Outsiders" can only Claim the Mandate through decision ‘Claim the Celestial Empire’.
Appoint low merit officials won’t influence the phase progress anymore because the game currently has no "Merit list" for player to chose a proper candidate.

Governments:
New "Celestial Empire" for Emperors from Song Dynasty, now holds limitations and debuffs like ‘unable to start offensive war’.
Old "Celestial" renamed to "Meritocratic", governors will start with this while emperor starts with "Celestial Empire".
Old "Meritocratic" renamed to "Hierarchy".
Imperial examination can be hold by independent meritocratic empire or governor with "BingjianWang" administrative theme.

Law Groups:
‘Promotion Principles’, auto switch with the phase of dynasty cycle, debuffs are now here, you will suffer from the mistake of the past Chinese Emperor, but you can also fix them.
Law group ‘Tax Share Policy’, adjust the monthly tax share of vassal development fund.
Law group ‘Treasury Policy"’, adjust the monthly gold share shipped to the realm treasury.
Law group ‘Tributary Policy’, controls who is able pay tributary to the emperor.
These changes should make gaming experience much more flexiable and fluent.

Now can be used directly with mods that add custom clothes.

This mod focused on creating more content for the Han culture characters.
Currently contains new goals with decision groups, new government type and mechanism, new historical men at arms, and flavor changes like portrait hairstyle, separated clothing, separated ethnicity group and nickname for titles.

Han Culture Changes:

1. Han characters now using a separated ethnicity group, some portrait changes to make characters better looking.
2. A separated clothing group, make characters dress matches their historical looking as close as possible.
3. New tradition and innovations for Han culture characters to embrace.
4. New men at arms from historical Tang dynasty military structure.
5. Taoism flavor changes, marriage, gender law and doctrines changes to make the three starting faiths under Taoism more like what they were in real history.

New Goals:

1. Reclaim the land and protect your people, deal with the challenges from religion, steppe invasion, and a decision line to gain traits from these challenges.
2. Bring back the once great West Region Protector, a decision group to restore and expand the empire level Protect-Region.
3. Reform Taoism religion, the old faith and doctrines of Tao are proved unable to protect Han people from outside invasions, if a character is at emperor level, and with lv5 piety rank, Taoism can be reformed to gain the ability to great holy war and other stuff.
4. Found a new Chinese nation in west region, when requirements met.

New Mechanism:

1. New Military Junta government for Guiyi as it is a state run by "JieDushi". Can use Camp like adventures and herd like nomad rulers. Vassal limit decreased by 25. Domain size decreased by 1.

2. Advanced administrative government, unable to hold city but can freely create feudal vassals without getting tax and levy size penalties. Incomes from ordinary administrative vassals decreased by 50% by default, decreases as Governor Efficiency goes up.

3. New CBs to deal with powerful horde rulers, one can reclaim de-ju lands of your title and destroy their Empire level main title.

4. A new innovation can give player the ability to launch unlimited kingdom invasion on counties with steppe, tribal governments or unreformed religion.
