Free Console Access (Without hotkey)
This is an alternative version of my Free Console Access mod.

For those people who have problems with my main mod, this mod should work better.
It does not feature a handy shortcut to enable/disable debug_mode but instead it features a button in the top left corner of your screen, which you can click manually.
Hopefully this will not result in a crash.
I have reverted any changes I made to this mod since I tried using a new GUI framework. Everything should be as it was before now.
