(blueprint available early from a shady blueprint trader in the Hub for 1 cat, or as lvl 1 research. All buildings cost just 1 building material)
-training speed is normal (seems to be impossible right now to increase), so it might take a lot of days in game to actually reach skill level 100

|All the training dummies use only vanilla models and animations, which seemed appropriate or funny to me.
