This is a list of bugfixes compiled with the help from users on the Android Tiers Discord and small tweaks that match with the core values of Android Tiers.
If there are other issues that can be replicated and patched out I’ll be happy to add to this file so everyone can enjoy androids to the fullest.
I’m still fairly new to all this so I’m learning any help and advice is appreciated.

Sidenote: This is only intended on fixing minor issues and minor changes. Simple stuff.

Features:
  • Empire Reputation Fix for player Android colony using the Android start
  • Enemy Android Faction Leader Null Fix
  • N.Solution Units now carry Android Hediffs
    Allows plague immunity and other android functions to work properly
  • M.U.F.F. Units can be Hydraulic
    Added in missing operations for several prosthetics, as well as allowing the K9 to get further upgrades
  • Necks are now tangible
    Fix for "neck" based items like VE:A’s Cape, Jewelry’s Necklace
  • Added teeth to smelling sensor
    Fix for "teeth" based items like VE:S’s Bandana
  • Added Crude and Archotech Smelling Sensors
    Surgeries/Recipes were also added in.

Research Changes:

  • Skymind v1 > for Skymind v2
  • Basic Replacement Parts > Advanced Replacement Limbs > T5 Research
    This guarantees you can’t unlock something you don’t have the table to craft
  • Anti-mech rifle now requires Pulsed Charged Munitions, 9 Crafting
    Now mimics the vanilla Charge Lance for research/skill level as it had none before

Issues: (These should only exist on existing saves)

  • You may need to "fix" world leaders, I believe RuntimeGC has this feature
  • ++++Ride & Roll with Giddy-Up freaks out about changing the cow. Uncheck all riding options from the animal window (they’ll reset) and do a quick draft of all pawns (including robots) and it should fix fix the spasm.

Issues I can’t Resolve

I’ll keep track of issues I can’t solve here (Cause I don’t know what I’m doing) as a way to keep track of things. As well as things I’m working on implementing.

  • Hydraulics/Prosthetics not adding correct weight.
    I think this has to do with Rimworld itself. You can try Carry Capacity Fixed by Dr Zhivago & Smash Phil.
    It seems to correct it, just be prepared to see androids haul a ton depending on tier
  • OS Hang on Rimworld close
    Possible Fix: Disable Ambient Server Sound in AT Options. Rimworld doesn’t like too many sounds overlapping it seems.
  • Soft incompatibility with Doors Expanded (Dev)
    Breaks SkyCloud Cores ability to control doors & breaks gizmos at the attempt. Can be used together but SkyCloud cannot control doors.
