Lily’s Climate Overhaul
This is a highly compatible mod that simply reduces the existing penalties of the Climates. The mod also adds a small penalty to recruit cost and growth, as this makes a lot of sense to me and I always wondered why it wasn’t there in vanilla.
Update 1
• Slightly reduced the growth penalties, from -12 to -10 in unpleasant and -24 to -16 in uninhabatable.
• Slightly increased the income reduction from uninhabitle climate regions from 15% to 20%
Update 2
• Complete changed all the effects of the climate regions (check screenshots)
