This is a Radious version of my Imperial Authority-Empire Upgrades.
If you are using Recruitable Regiments of Renown then you should use this version

This adds scap mechanics to the empire factions using prestige as currency
The upgrades are mostly based on equipment upgrades and training
Should work with everything that doesn’t touch on scrap upgrades for the empire
Units that are added via mods are not included, except the ones added in Radious Mod
It’s not savegame compatible
