Kaylica’s Vampire Counts – Victory Conditions+
This is a submod that adds victory conditions to three minor factions of vampire counts in the Mortal Empires campaign. It should be used with all three of my mods (Neferata’s Ambitions, The Return of W’soran, Rebuild the Strygos Empire).
Based on the framework of Victory Conditions Overhaul 2.
