Alternative Lite Version avaiable (better fps)

I highly recommend this alternative version. It uses vanilla models but still looks a lot better and it has no performance loss. (click on the picture below)

INTRODUCTION

This mod increases the quality and the quantity of Nature in the Campaign map.

What it does:

-The majority of the trees, expecially the flat low polylow resolution ones have been replaced with 3d higher definition models.

-The tree density has been increased so that the world appears more alive and less flat.

-All tree models are taken within the game battlemaps, the trees are lore friendly which means every tree type is on the appropriate location. Example (Empire>Pines, Bretonnia>Oaks, etc.)

When some faction conquer an area, the trees change for that faction, example: Empire conquer Bretonnia region > surrounding trees changes from Oaks to Pines. This is vanilla behaviour, always been that way.

Jungle and desert are mostly vanilla because I think it they look ok and don’t need a big update. However, still increased some density.

Some vanilla tree has been kept along with newer ones to ensure peformance, can’t change them all or it would be too taxing for the pc.

This may affect performance, I suggest to not use MSAA if you have low-end PC. Use FXAA if you have fps drops.

Recomended only for good computers.

IMPORTANT: Close all browser tabs before playing. Even a small chrome page opened in the background cause stuttering in the campaign map. Steam client enlarged cause stutter too, minimize it.
Those are issues with the game since launch not many know about.

Compatible with everything.

Nature friendly, no trees have been hurt in the process.
