Vanilla Aesthetic Patch – Nomad Cape
New Textures + Added to the world + Fixed Icons
This patch replaces the textures of the original mod with three hand painted textures that are dirtier, more worn and in a colour pallet the fits closer to the Vanilla Kenshi Aesthetic.
The Nomad Cape’s have been renamed to Shawls with three different shawls to pick from:
Animal Skin Shawl (Brown)
Cloth Shawl (Beige) + (dye-able)
Dust Leather Shawl (Dark Grey/Black)
The shawls come in both shirt slot and belt slot format. The shawls and blueprint for crafting can be bought from the Travel Supplies Shop. The shawls also have a small chance to spawn on a number of different bandits: Band of bones, Black dragon Genins, Dust bandits, Hungry bandits, Kral’s Chosen, Samurai Conscript, Nomads and .. The Bug Master.
Compatibility:
The Patch is compatible with the Genesis Overhaul Mod. For the Patch to work without any yellow load order warnings you should download the original mod "Armor; Nomad Cape" and this patch and put both of these below Genesis. Thanks to 多米尼克 and Hei The Legendary Raider for testing and working this solution out.
The cloth shawl is dye-able by equipping it to a member of a faction and then removing the item. (it should be compatible with cloth dying mods as well.)
If you are already running the Nomad Cape Mod, this mod will replace all of the belt slot and armour slot capes automatically. The armour slot capes will be removed from your character and placed into your inventories as a shirt slot item, make sure 2×4 spaces are free in your inventory before you load this patch. Belt slot items will stay on your characters.
