Description:

This mod adds decisions to establish primo and ultimogeniture earlier. The specific requirements are:
– You must be at least a king
– You must completely control the de jure area of your primary title
– You must be at least Exalted Among Men (Prestige level 4)

These requirements are meant to be challenging yet reasonable. Might be better for roleplay too. If you spot any bugs or have any feedback, leave it below!
