Description:

Version 1 used to fix the higher-class TK units to use the whole egyptianish chatter.

Version 2 now makes non-ROR skeleton Archers, Spearmen and Warriors to go "hhh" on-click, but still use the whole chatter on-command.
Lore reasoning:

Most nehekharan warriors were in fact entombed somewhere near the master’s pyramid (alive too), but since they weren’t mummified and not personally warded, they took the brunt of Nagash’s bad stuff. Think of it like the worst hangover ever, ever.
Even the lowest skeletons are in a better state than their Sylvanian counterparts, but I don’t see them uttering anything more than the equivalents of "yes" and "yes milord" at best. Possibly, "aspirin".

The higher the rank, the better the protection, we can assume. The lower elite (professional warriors and charioteers) probably were closer to the master, or even had a generic warding.

Tomb Guard were mummified and even if theirs was surely a cheaper deal than the nobility’s, they are supposed to retain a part of their (duty-related) faculties and a bit of speech, to the point that their Herald leaders can mostly speak.

Compatibility:

Sadly this lies in main_units, so this WON’T work with anything that edits these units’ costs, unit size (not model size), unit caps. Feel free to embed this if you need it but let me know just for the record.
