Unit upgrade for dark elf — 黑暗精灵兵种升级
Intro
Introduce the scrapy unit upgrade system to Dark Elves 。
Now it no longer uses gold to upgrade. Instead, I give dark elves an unique resource called bloody steel, which they can get after each battle, similar to greenskin scrapy. And you can also build resource building to gain a bit of that as well.
Thanks to the mod "Seeking Perfection – Unit Upgrade for High Elves" by Lethani for this idea of using real resources.
Upgrades
Each unit current has 2-3 upgrade options (exclusive).

1， Add unit specific upgrades
2， Add faction specific upgrades
3， Add tech to unlock upgrades ( currently you have all updates enabled)
