this is a touhou mod which adds Shameimaru Aya as a new leader of a new civilization Tengu Society.
Hello everyone, this is Hamburgvenn, maybe a new face to you. Hope this mod could bring happiness to you all! XD
This was the first time I made up a mod, and it took my five days to complete. I chose Shameimaru Aya from the Touhou Project as the main character for this mod, because I know nothing about unreal characters but Touhou ones.

Shameimaru Aya Tengu Society
UA: ROADS_TO_EIGHT_DIRECTIONS
It provides an additional military slot and a level of diplomatic visibility higher than other civilizations encountered. When at war with at least one major civilization, all cities have +15% culture and production bonus. All origin captital cities have additional +15% culture and production bonus.
LA: LEAF_INVISIBILITY
All ranged, siege and scout units gain stealth promotion, movement +1銆係trength +3 for all cavalry units. Cavalry units gain a culture value equal to the strength of the killed unit after winning the battle
The agenda is same to Hojo’s Bushido, which suggests that she likes civs focusing on culture and military.
UD Fort. The Fort of Nemesis, replacing encampment. It can be built without population requirements, but it must be built on hills and not near the city center. Mountains provide a large bonus for culture and a standard bonus for production. Adjacent cells increase their appeal by +1.
UU Whitewolf Tengu. Replacing scout, ancient scout unit with 3 Movement and 15 Strength. It has a higher sight range and can see through the forests and rainforests.
