Update of O Negatives mod

Rewrote the entire thing, now it adds animals from an internal list randomly and also you can add exceptions, one animal def per line in a config-file.
The config-files should be created in the config folder (C:Users[Username]AppDataLocalLowLudeon StudiosRimWorld by Ludeon StudiosConfig on Windows)

File-names:
AnimalHusbandryRaids_[FactionName].additions – Animal definitions added here will be added to the static definition
AnimalHusbandryRaids_[FactionName].deletions – Animal definitions added here will be removed from the static definition

Tribals and Pirates like to bring domesticated animals with them when they raid you.
Makes factions feel a bit more dynamic, and distracts you from the thought that factions have an infinite human population.
