A simple patch to prevent natural dissipation of psyfocus
Psyfocus will never dissipates over time.

For some reason, the psyfocus of some pawns decrease rapidly. I have not been able to identify the cause yet, but it may be due to the fact that this mod and RocketMan patch the same method "PsychicEntropyTrackerTick". I am currently investigating.

When using RJW, pawn’s psyfocus will decrease if their xxx need is low. This is a feature of RJW so it is not a problem.

If you see other issues, it would be helpful if you could send me HugsLib’s logs.
