EpsMod v4.5
EpsMod is a comprehensive balance and mechanics change mod. It takes most EpsTweak mods and bundles them in a single package for convenience.

Note: The mod auto-configures itself based on what DLC you have. Only Gathering Storm is a strict requirement.
Primary features:
* Stating Settlers have 6 Movement points on turn 1, and a big area of the map around them revealed.
* All units move faster, and can act after Promotion.
* Nukes are nerfed in the way they deal damage, how they are produced, and the ability to ban them in World Congress.
* Improved Policy management – you no longer need to slot in Policies on the exact turn you unlock a Civic. Also, the Policy cards are simplified to require less reading.
* Tall play – build a set of buildings and their projects in your core cities to shift the bulk of your yields to them.
* Adaptation – the game extends a helping hand if it puts your starting city in heavy desert, tundra, or mountains.
* A swath of tweaks to units, Wonders, Great People, Governors, and many other facets of the game.
* A number of Leaders and Civs have their abilities changed for balance.
