This project was built in Leningrad (74 houses), Moscow region, Ivanovo (2 houses), Sestroretsk (3 houses). It is mentioned that the building structures of this modification are not highly reliable. So, some buildings, erected in 1967, were in disrepair by 1985 due to cracks in the foundations and walls of houses. Such houses were later reinforced with additional screeds at the level of 1-3 floors. On the other hand, thanks to the empty body of the brick, the structure as a whole does not have intense pressure on the foundation, therefore the houses of this series do not settle, and their engineering infrastructure is in good condition.
The shape of the building in the plan is two short rectangles intersecting at the corners. One of them is raised half a floor, where service rooms are located in the basement. The two main entrances are at the inner corners of the building, one at ground level and the other on a high porch. The outer walls are made of unplastered gray bricks with red or green accents. There is three-row masonry without offset, rarely offset or single-row. Ceilings — hollow core decks. Later modifications, built outside St. Petersburg, sometimes have additional balconies.The elevators and both staircases are located in the central part of the building in interconnected rooms. The flats open onto short corridors connected to the lift blocks. On the floor there are 7 flats — four two-room at the ends (two of which have a loggia), two one-room and one more three-room (or two more one-room, that is, an 8 flats in total). The building provides for central sewerage, water, electricity, heat and gas supply. Fire hydrants are installed for fire extinguishing. Ventilation is supply and exhaust.
