No Lazy Doctors
Stops doctor pawns from faffing about while their patients die.
Sets the four big doctor duties (rescue, tend other, tend self, tend animal) to emergency priority. So no more doddering off to bed while a friend bleeds out on the floor, or grabbing a snack with a foot blown off, etc… unless they were already doing that when the emergency happens. Pawns in motion will stay in motion unless drafted by an outside force. (thank you @Black Goat)
Stop needless deaths. Doctors are actually smart.
