Custom Mr Dollys

Every character gets their own custom Mr.Dolly! Pedestal AND costume!
Now with Tainted versions!
Now without showing up on curse of the blind floors too!
Now it works when the body is a different color as well!
Now (some of) the Tainted characters have their own costumes sprites!
Now shows default Maggy for custom characters. (I will be adding an option for them to use a custom one that a character mod can support be adding a sprite to their mod)
Now with better lost/Tainted Lost sprites!
