これは職業「フィットネス指導員」のそれと同じものです。 - これはチートロールプレイ用です。

Add a magazine named "The Nutritionist" to the world.
Reading it will help you understand the nutritional value of the food.
- You can find it in places where you can find other cooking magazines, but you can’t find it in places you have already explored.
Or wait for an item respawn. - If read, the trait "Nutritionist" will be added.
This is the same as that of the occupation "Fitness Instructor". - This is cheat for role play.
- For people like me who are in trouble because their weight doesn’t increase even if they eat so much that they hurt their stomach every day.
