Craftable Shield Cores
Adds a late game research which allows you to craft shield cores at fabrication benches
The research costs 4000 research and requires the Ship Basics and Shield Belt researches.
Shield cores can be crafted at a fabrication bench for 3 Advanced Component, 30 Plasteel, and 30 gold. It takes twice as much work as crafting an Advanced Component
