Enable All Leaders for Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall
This mod changes the player settings so that any custom leader should show up on the Choose Civilization drop down when Rise and Fall and or Gathering Storm is enabled. This does not fix any compatibility issues that may exist for civilizations which have not been updated in a very long time.
I want to thank Gedemon. I noticed there was a few mods that my coding was not working on so I switched to using the coding he designed for enable all maps. With some minor adjustments that has allowed even more leaders to show up on the select screen.
