Vanilla packed dirt
Allow to remove packed dirt, and pack soils (but not marshy soil).
I wanted an early flooring for the base, or a path to build outside the base. There is already one in the game, but not buildable.
There is others mods who do already that, but they add stuffs that I don’t need or they change stats of packed dirt.
My mod only patch the vanilla packed dirt, nothing more.
