[WOTC] Musashi’s Mods Fixes
Fixes various issues with Musashi’s mods:
- Musashi’s RPG Overhaul
- True Primary Secondaries
- Ability To Slot Reassignment
- WotC Ballistic Shields
- Dual Wield Melee
- Augmentations
- WotC Mod Everything Reloaded
If you’re using at least one of these mods, make sure to subscribe to this fix to prevent gamebreaking bugs from happening. If you don’t have any of these mods, it’s still completely safe to subscribe to this mod; it will simply not do anything.
Fixed the infamous "duplicate abilities" bug. Other mods can potentially cause this bug as well. I’ve reached out to authors of all problematic mods I could find, and hopefully they have already uploaded the fix for this bug.
If you are a modmaker, and you have ever used the CanAddItemToInventory_CH or CanAddItemToInventory_CH_Improved DLC hooks in your mods, please carefully read this[github.com], and make sure your mods are not being a part of the problem.
Fixes the incorrect handling of squaddie loadouts in True Primary Secondaries.
- Fixed various typos in default configuration. Manually fixing config files is no longer necessary.
- It’s now possible to have multiple WeaponCategorySets entries for each weapon set.
- Multiple AbilityWeaponCategories and MandatoryAbilities entries for the same ability name and different weapon category set are now allowed.
- OverrideAbilities array is now available for both AbilityWeaponCategories and MandatoryAbilities. Current use case is replacing SwordSlice with SwordSlice_LW as a mandatory ability, if it is available.
- Additional Abilities to Mandatory Abilities and Ability Weapon Categories will now be automatically added into their respective arrays.
- Launch Grenade is now correctly assigned to grenade items.
- Valid weapon categories for each configured ability will now be listed in ability description (MCM configurable).
- Primary Sawed Off Shotguns will now animate correctly with Ballistic Shields, if you have another mod that allows equipping them. IMPORTANT: This fix requires Template Master.
- Non-SPARK Ballistic Shields will now use the correct localized category.
Fixed and improved in-game descriptions.
Fixed bug where using Dual Wield Melee with True Primary Secondaries resulted in secondary melee weapon not dealing damage while dual wielding.
Fixed incorrect config to allow for Psi Amp and Vest slots to interact with the mod. Increased weapon nickname length to 32 characters.
- X2 WOTC Community Highlander is required.
- Ability To Slot Reassignment is not a hard requirement, but there will be a ton of log warnings if the game is started without it.
