Guv’s Additional Starting Effect for Warriors of Chaos (Update 2021-07-15)

Hello and welcome! Another mod around the same spectrum as my recent ones!
[EDIT 2018-11-08]: As of this date, this mod has undergone a complete overhaul. It doesn’t revolve around the same formula as before and as such, I have removed like 90% of what this mod does, except for Warriors of Chaos.

This mod does not require CMF (Community Modding Framework) for Sigvalds script to trigger! DO NOT USE CFM!
For Compability, I would say refrain from using mods that does the same as this mod. SFO compatible? Unlikely.
