This mod cleanly adds Wild Boar Man.
This mod replaced the vanilla wild man.

Wild Boar Race
Boar People. A younger phenomenon- It is unknown how exactly they came to be, some speculate an attempt at genesplicing- a cynic majority, though, considers them to be the result of drunken loneliness and radiation from all of the shipwrecks. They think slow, move fast, smell as bad as they shoot- But they can take enough bullets to make up for it later- close and personal. In medical terms Boar People are less smart then humans, have a shorter lifespan and need lots of food, and their stubby fingers arent meant for fine craftsmanship or sharpshooting. But they are tougher, fiercer, stronger and run faster then humans. They eat faster and dont get mood debuffs from any food. A distinctive smell, strength, primal nature and lack of respect for anything make them good with animals and plants aswell. Low mental break treshold, but more social fights. On top of that they have dangerous tusks.

Their civilization is quite backward, mixed with tribal civilization and modern civilization, more of which are tribes
It’s very strong, and its fist can break through ordinary armor

It works hard and is not demanding
It usually lives alone and hides in your colony when it’s hungry
It’s moving fast, faster than most people
It has poor learning ability and needs more efforts
It works hard, but it’s not good at scientific research
Its fingers are thick and short, not easy to aim, but like to shoot fast
Ugly and smelly, it’s hard to integrate into society
It needs a lot of food and it starves faster. Fortunately, it’s omnivorous and not picky. It doesn’t mind human flesh and kibble
It has strong immunity and quick wound healing
It has a short temper and is more likely to get angry
It is similar to human body structure and compatible with most bionic parts of human body
It has dangerous fangs and can penetrate most of the armor, causing fatal injuries
It has no moral code, and living comfortably is the most important thing for it
The Empire hated this creature
Crazy Wild Boar Tribe
The vast majority of people in the rimworld think that boar people is more evil, ugly and unclean than wild boar, so they don’t hesitate to set up troops to attack the boar tribe. Only you and another one can escape.
