"Bestia" is a mod that replaces The Beast with a big jiggly milf demon that I spent 41 hours modding into the game.

The mod that took r/bindingofisaac by storm over the last week is finally available! Yeah, the crazy idiot (me, hi) did it.

No modded items or anything other than Bestia’s graphics are included in this mod.
