The vanilla Kraftwerk ingame serves as the basis for the calculation. Consumption and construction prices are on
this adjusted, the transport costs increase very quickly due to more material,
the further the distance to the border is. IRL requires 1kg of raw lignite for 1kwh of electrical energy at about 40% efficiency… the power plants had an efficiency of 30-34%, i.e. they needed about 1.2kg of coal or more..
