Advanced Casus Belli
This mod adds four new Casus Belli; "Border Dispute", "Dominate", "Humiliate Rival" and "Heavens Mandate".
My Idea was to make the expirience of playing a feudal government faster and more action-packed, while not easier.
Not achievment compatible.
Also, while normally the player wouldn’t need certain traits for using the war reasons, there is a gamerule to change that.

Border Dispute:
– allows you to start an unjust war over a county (without a claim)
– have to be feudal
– you have to pay with prestige and you will lose piety
– also it gives you some tyranny
Needed traits, if gamerule is set to limited (at least one):
– greedy, arrogant, fickle, ambitious, arbitrary, callous, sadistic
– and not: just

Dominate:
– allows you to start a war over gold and dread
– if you fight below your own tier it costs more prestige
– gives no land
– there is a chance that you become rivals
Needed traits, if gamerule is set to limited (at least one):
– greedy, arrogant, fickle, sadistic, arbitrary, wrathful
– and not: just

Humiliate Rival:
– only rivals are targetable
– you will fight over prestiege and fame
– the houses will rival each other
– if a house member dislikes the defender, no rivalry is created
– if an attackers house member really likes a defenders, no rivalry between those created
Needed traits, if gamerule is set to limited (at least one):
– greedy, arrogant, fickle, sadistic, arbitrary, wrathful, vengeful

Heavens Mandate:
– shatter Kingdoms or Empires (if one is a Duke duchies)
– on lost war shatter your own
– christian faiths (with HoF) only
– only once per lifetime usable
Conditions:
– has one trait of: brave, arrogant, just, zealous (if gamerule player limited)
– HoF needs high opinion of attacker, or attacker needs hooks
– if attacker has no sinful traits and at least one virteuos trait, HoF needs low positive opinion

– rescue family/friends cb
– event after "Dominate" CB, to decide over the defenders fate (humiliate, imprison, etc.)
