"The Chaos Cultists can be found almost anywhere the Empire has spread. At first glance they are indistinguishable from normal men, but under their clothes, the flesh is tattooed and branded with sigils that hurt the eyes of any faithful who look upon them."

Adds 3 Chaos cultist units to spice up the Chaos roster a little. Now you have a base line to replace marauders that are cheap and good at filling space. The archers add a much needed element to the Chaos roster and the Warshrine adds a great support element.
