this mod makes the general like a lord of total war warhammer.
for now there is only rome, sparta, Athens, Masilia, Syracuse, Trapezos, Rhodos, Knossos, Colchis, Cherusci, Cimbri, Frisii, Gutones, Lugii, Marcomanni, Rugii and Suebi, as factions that has it, soon there will be more.
it works only for grand campaing.
its save compatible but you need to reassign your generals, in order to work in a on going campain.
the starting army, will not have the hero generals, so you need to reassign them also.
your general will be upgraded as you go on, basically there are 3 ranks for the general without a horse,
and 3 ranks for the general with a horse.
and for people asking for pictures of it works, give me some time, i’m really busy at the moment.

V0.2 is out, this will give sparta the hero general, there are 2 upgrade rank for the general that you get through research
V0.3 is out, this will give the hero general to: Athens, Masilia, Syracuse, Trapezos, Rhodos, Knossos and Colchis.
V0.3.1 is out, its just a quick rework of what unit the horse general tiers works, now general & bodyguard is tier 1, legatus is tier 2, and legionary cavalary is tier 3.
V0.4.0 is out, this will give the hero general to: Cherusci, Cimbri, Frisii, Gutones, Lugii, Marcomanni, Rugii and Suebi. the 3 last germanic faction will be added in V0.4.1 .
