Better Chancellor
The Chancellor is rather disappointing.
To make him better, the task "Home Affairs" will help other council members.
They complete tasks faster as a result:
- fictitious claim
- Promote culture
- Reveal mysteries

The Value shown on the County is false, wrong, not correct.
