Description:

Adds the Comanche civilization to the game under Potsunakwahipu and Quanah Parker!

UA: Comanche Moon. Pillaging tiles grants Culture based on the tile’s Appeal. Tiles in captured cities yield +1 Culture with Charming Appeal, +2 on Breathtaking.

UU: Quickstinger. Replaces the Cavalry. Grants Great General points from pillaging. Weakens adjacent enemy units.

UB: Sweat Lodge. Replaces the Stable. Grants a Settler when a Great General is retired. Grants a random promotion to trained mounted units.

Potsunakwahipu

LUA: Great Raid. Pillaging tiles damages the city which owns the tile. Promoting mounted units heals all other units up to 30 hit points, as well as granting Great General points based on the experience accumulated.

Agenda: Council House Betrayal. Hates those who declare war on their neighbors, especially if they have made diplomatic agreements with him. Only pleased by those with a smaller military and less culture than him.

Quanah Parker

LUA: Half-Moon Church. Upon declaring peace, gain Faith based on the number of tiles you pillaged through the course of the war. Encampment buildings generate +20% Tourism apiece for their city if it follows your Religion. Gains access to the Star House building when they research Theology.

LUB: Star House. Replaces the Temple. Allows buildings in adjacent districts to be purchased with Faith. Grants +1 Faith on tiles with Charming Appeal, +2 on Breathtaking Appeal.

Agenda: The Last Chief. Likes those who do not begin wars on his continent. Also likes those who have a high cultural output, but suspicious of those who claim to be more faithful than he.

NOTE: This is made for Rise and Fall, and as such will probably not work for base Civ VI.
