Description:

This mod lets lords get 2 skill points per level and provide a skill dump that increase the character’s hit point 1% per skill level. Suggest to start a new campaign and affect AI. Will conflict with other mod that edited character_experience_skill_tiers_tables. Thanks to 金花’s permission to use his skill icon.
