Trait: Quinquennial Neronia
Cities with a Theatre Square district complete Projects 25% faster. Earns Great Artist, Great Musician, and Great Writer Points from completing any Project. Gain the Theatrum unique building when they research the Drama and Poetry Civic.

Building: Theatrum
Roman unique building that replaces the Amphitheatre when Nero is their leader. It produces Great Musician Points and has a slot for a Great Work of Music.

Agenda: Philhellene
Likes to ensure that his people are both happy and cultured, and appreciates civilizations that do the same. Has disdain for civilizations that neglect their people’s happiness or culture.
