Smol Ame has been messing with the flow of time again, this time bringing Vtubers to the middle ages. Mistaken for Gods by the locals small cults have formed all across the old world. Still not accepted by the religious and political leaders of their time they await a leader. Will you be that Leader?
In order to convert to these religions first investigate the unusual local traditions and embrace a specific branch. From there you can choose specific generations via more decisions. Next step is to conquer the world in the name of your oshi!

Seek the blessing of your Myth and Promise oshi for a powerful bonus (can be turned off in game rules)
A new bookmark with 5 new characters
5 Formable Nations for each bookmark character. Will work for custom and historical characters as well if requirements are met.
Added a game rule to prevent the ai from converting. It can be turned off in game settings if you want weebs everywhere

Fixed major bugs and game errors but more work needs done behind the scenes. Nothing that should affect gameplay though so please enjoy.

I have debated changing the name of this mod for a long time as it expanded well beyond only the council. I am experimenting with the tentative name "HoloKings" for now, but I am open to suggestions.

While I am not one to comment on these things as I want to keep things upbeat I also wanted to say something given the recent news. If you can’t tell by the title of this mod Council is the reason I got into Hololive and Vtubers in general. Now with Mumei soon graduating and Fauna and Sana already having done so I would like to express my gratitude to all the members of Hololive for all their work and for giving all of us so much. This message goes out specifically to Promise/Council but also to holostars and everyone else at Cover. And now with that being said time to conquer the world in the name of our Oshis while we have the chance!
