Traffic vehicles: no end year
Completely reworks traffic spawning so that traffic vehicle no longer completely disappear after a certain date. Instead they steadily get more popular from their initial production date before slowly becoming rarer after the end of production. All dates have been matched to the vehicles real life production years. Also hugely increases the amount of vehicle colours available whilst keeping them era-appropriate. Plus new two tone paint jobs for some vehicles. Overall makes streets more varied, interesting and realistic.
