Proverbium
With over 550 quotes, Proverbium vastly expands the amount of quotes for techs, civics, wonders, and natural wonders in the game, removing erroneous or flippant quotes and adding a bit more gravitas to the game.
Additionally, Proverbium allows for Wonders and Natural Wonders to have mutliple quotes, reducing the tedium of hearing the same quotes over and over again.
For the moment, all quote sounds have been disabled. You can re-enable the audio for unchanged quotes by modifying the mod’s config file. There are plans to provide new quote audio at a future (and hopefully not too distant) date.
Should be compatible with all mods except for those that add new techs or civics.
