Description:

Please use Take your Time Ultimate and select x2 Base Civic Cost in Advanced Options.

Ultimate also has options for further cost scaling based on era, and the ability to tweak boost percentages.

Ultimate also fixes many bugs that crept up over the years such as Buttress and techs and civics from the future era not receiving a cost increase, while Legacy can only be feasibly used in vanilla Civ 6.
