Civilization: Seal the Lord
Characteristics.
Opens the game in a marine cell; unlocks the "Navigation" and "Shipbuilding" technologies, and has the ability to enter marine cells.
Water transport units have +2 movement. Land units on land cells adjacent to the coast +5 combat power; naval units on shallow water cells +5 combat power. Naval melee units gain healing on neutral territory and are allowed to make coastal sweeps. Units ignore additional movement drain from embarkation and disembarkation.
After opening the first city you get a free builder and +1 population for that city. +2 Tech and Culture per turn until the first city is opened. No damage from floods. Fishing boats provide +1 extra food and cast culture bombs on adjacent cells; sea homes provide +1 extra food and cast culture bombs on adjacent cells. When a port is built, it can cast culture bombs on adjacent cells. +3 houses for coastal cities.
+50% productivity for areas and buildings built on the other side of the river relative to the city center. River, coast and lake cells provide a small adjacent bonus to sanctuaries, colleges, industrial areas, theater plazas and recreation centers.
Developing bricklaying unlocks canals; acquiring municipal games and recreation unlocks water parks.

This unit replaces the Military Engineer and gains increased mobility and vision while at sea. Gain the ability to change terrain as technology progresses.

Featured Improvement Facility: Gatehouse
Will become a movement channel in the mountain range area, allowing all units to cross the mountain range with 2 movement points and leave through another gate.
Trade routes passing through this area will be able to multiply the gold gain from their destination area. Can only be built on adjacent mountain cells. Cannot be looted or removed.
